Northshore's inaugural School Musical revealed with a flash mob!
We are thrilled to announce that our inaugural School Musical Production for 2025 will be Madagascar the Musical Adventure Jr.! This exciting reveal took place during the Arts Festival assembly, accompanied by a Flash Mob (see the photos).
Join us on an exciting journey as we follow Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe, Gloria the hippo, and the rest of the gang from the Central Park Zoo to the wilds of Madagascar. The Production will be held in Term 2, Week 5, 2025.
This fun-filled musical is sure to delight audiences of all ages with its catchy songs, colourful costumes, and hilarious antics. We are calling all actors, dancers and singers to audition and bring this fun story to life. Check the school website for more details and sign up outside G Block for auditions.
We encourage students from Year 5 – Year 11 to audition. Auditions will be held Week 1 and 2 of Term 4. If there are parents in the community who would like to get involved in costume, make-up, painting the set, or anything else to support the production please get in touch with me. Together, we can create a memorable and magical experience for everyone involved.
As we embark on this journey together, let us remember the words of Ecclesiastes 4:9-10: “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labour: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” Let us work together in unity and support each other as we bring Madagascar the Musical Adventure Jr. to life.
