Sun, Fun, and Friendship at our Annual Beach Carnival
Who wouldn’t exchange a day at school for a day in the sun on one of our beautiful beaches? Both secondary staff and students were grateful to get a dose of vitamin D and fresh air during school hours at our annual Beach Carnival!
Students participated in boogie boarding, swimming in the waves, volleyball, spikeball and much more! The energy and enthusiasm were infectious as everyone enjoyed the refreshing ocean breeze, connecting and building friendships with their peers.
To keep everyone’s spirits high and fuel the fun, a delicious sausage sizzle lunch. It was a perfect way to recharge before diving back into more beach activities and making lasting memories.
In addition to providing a day of enjoyment, this event also served as a fundraiser for the Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club. We are grateful for their ongoing commitment and tireless efforts to ensure the safety of our local beachgoers.
This was the ideal event for the final week of school, a joyful celebration of nearing the completion of another wonderful academic year.
